Academic and Christian Curriculum
Avondale Christian Preschool uses a curriculum aligned with Arizona Early Learning Standards (AZELS), the Head Start Early Learning Standards which complements the Quality First Standards. Avondale Christian Preschool is confident that our early learning materials meet or exceed the standards set forth by the State of Arizona and the early childhood learning organizations to ensure academic growth of your child.
Our Christian Curriculum merges with our academic curriculum by developing Christian Activities that teach children about the Bible. Additionally, our curriculum contains a Character Development component which is very important for every child's success. One positive character trait focused on each month, such as being kind, cautious, friendly, patient, generous, inventive, respectful, active, polite, independent, imaginative and playful. These components play important roles in the positive development of your child which is crucial when the child transitions to Kindergarten.
